1. Can I bring a Pinata?
Pinatas are allowed. A $10.00 fee will be charged. Pinatas must have pull strings- NO STICKS OR BATS allowed. They must not contain hard candy or confetti.
2. Can I bring in my own food ?
Outside food is NOT PERMITTED ! You are only allowed to bring cake or cupcakes, chips and dip. We do have a catering menu for your convenience.
3. Are my guests allowed to stay in the facility after the 2 hour party?
Yes, Guests are welcomed to stay in the common area.
4. How do I reserve a party?
Contact us via email, phone, in person, or on-line. A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve a party.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days from the party. Provided the date and time is available you are welcome to reschedule one week prior to party date.
6. Can I bring a clown or character?
Yes, you are able to contract a clown, magician, or character, but face painting is NOT allowed. We allow balloon artists, magic tricks and other types of entertainment.
